Do you leave work everyday and eat everything in the cupboard once you arrive at home? If so, it’s time to start stocking your office with snacks that’ll tide you over until dinner without giving you a sugar crash. Stop being hungry and start being productive at work.

1. Pretzels

Pretzels are perfect for when you have a craving for something salty. They’re also a healthier alternative to chips and can be eaten alone or with a dip, like guacamole or hummus.

2.Fruits and vegetables

Go for fruits and vegetables that are easy to eat without a lot of prep work. Apples, pears, carrots, grapes, and plenty of other fruits and vegetables are quick and healthy snacks that won’t ruin your dinner or send you on a sugar crash. At the start of the week, bring in enough fruits and vegetables to last until Friday. Most fruits and vegetables will be fine left unrefrigerated for up to five days.
